Shipping Information

Everything at Doodlecrest is printed after you order it, so each parcel has two stages: the time it takes to make your item, and the time it takes to reach you.

1. Production time

  • Standard tees, sweatshirts and hoodies: 3–5 business days
  • Embroidered items, mugs and all-over-print pieces: 5–10 business days
  • We print Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday enter the queue on Monday.

2. Delivery time

Once your parcel leaves our print partner:

  • United States β€” Standard: 6–12 business days
  • United States β€” Expedited: 4–8 business days
  • International β€” Standard: 14–28 business days
  • International β€” Expedited: 7–14 business days

Production time and delivery time are added together, so a standard US order usually lands within 9–17 business days in total.

3. Tracking your parcel

As soon as your order ships we email a tracking link. Carrier scans can take 24–72 hours to appear, so an empty tracking page on day one is normal rather than a problem.

4. Split shipments

Different products are made on different machines, and sometimes in different facilities. If your order contains several items they may arrive in separate parcels on separate days at no extra cost to you.

5. Things we cannot combine or change

  • Orders placed separately cannot be merged, even on the same day
  • A single order cannot be split across two delivery addresses
  • Once an order enters production the delivery address can no longer be edited

Please double-check your address at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped, but a new shipping fee applies.

6. Customs, duties and taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duty, VAT or handling fee charged by their country. These are set by your local authorities, not by us, and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. Customs inspections can also add several days to delivery; unfortunately that part is outside our control.

7. Delays

Weather, peak season volume and carrier backlogs occasionally push a parcel past our estimates. If your order is more than 15 business days past its expected delivery window (30 for international), contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
