Doodlecrest respects the intellectual property of others and expects visitors to this site to do the same. If you believe artwork sold here, or artwork submitted through a personalisation field, infringes a copyright you own or represent, tell us and we will act on it.

Filing a notice

Send a written notice that includes all of the following:

Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed
The exact URL of the product page or image concerned, so we can locate it
Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address
A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf

Incomplete notices slow everything down, so please include every item above.

What happens next

We aim to acknowledge a valid notice within 2 business days. Where a claim appears well founded we will remove or disable access to the listing promptly, cancel and refund any pending orders for it, and notify the person who submitted the design.

Counter-notification

If your design was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly submit infringing material are closed permanently.
